Shipping:

All orders for individual items and kits will be processed and shipped within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

Subscription Boxes

For subscription boxes, shipments occur on the 30th of each month. To ensure you receive the current month's box, your subscription must be completed by the 18th. Subscriptions made after the 18th will receive the first box at the beginning of the following month.

 

Shipping Location

All our products are shipped from Orlando, FL, USA. Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order to ensure accurate delivery.

 

Additional Information

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on location and the chosen shipping method. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your order or if you do not receive your box or individual item within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support for assistance.

 

Return:

  • Subscription Box: Due to the surprise nature of the box, exchanges or returns are not allowed, except in the case of defects.

  • Individual Kits: We accept exchanges within 7 days, provided that the pieces are in their original packaging and show no signs of use. Exchange requests must be made via email: contact@shopcasalilas.com
